Easy to use, good tools and functions

Awesome app, buy, get ad use your ticket all from your phone, its a must if you ever take Taiwans HSR

You can do it all with this app. I wish it was easier to find on the app store. Check schedules. Reserve or buy tickets. And the cool thing is- if you use this app to buy, you can use your phone as a ticket with a QR code. No more paper!

After upgrading iOS10, it crashes all the time when rapidly scrolling my purchased tickets. Fix it !!!

Not a very smart app, you can only download one ticket per cellphone, which means whoever travels with you need to have a smartphone too. Not a very smart idea to begin with...hopefully they will work on something to fix this otherwise I wont purchase my tix via this app again.

While having an English language description would make you THINK it does, this app does not have any English option.

An English description, but no actual English option in the settings. So illogical and counter intuitive, like everything in Taiwan.

100% paperless. Fast transaction. Unlike the ticket kiosks that dont always accept international credit cards, this app does. Love it. English version would be a plus.

Fingers crossed that you dont lose your phone.

The app makes travel easier alone, because if we purchase two tickets the app wont be able to function e-ticket. Pity it is, and if we buy two tickets separately then we wont be able to seat to next to each other. Rooms to improve. After all Taiwanese got collective culture, we dont travel alone that much!

This app is great for traveling but there are still rooms for improvement: 1. Add english support. As a bilingual person, I can use the app perfectly fine but my who only speaks english has a HUGE learning curve 2. The payment information syncs too slow and used tickets remain in your tickets slot until you delete it 3. The interface could use some touch up e.g. make it more idiot proof as the others menu is quite technical @ Bon Shih I think there is a way to send one of the tickets to another phone providing that it has the app

I think passbook is a book app for putting ticket here! When will your company develop this?

Very convenient. Must have app if you take high speed rail service often.

The app is great for booking and getting your e ticket directly on the phone so you dont forget your ticket somewhere. The app can improve by supporting iPhone 5 display and allowing the ticket to be added to Passbook.

The app has some strange behaviors but overall it works for me. Please add the option for us to pay with American Express (美國運通) through the app after making the reservation. The THSR website allows me to use an American Express card but the app does not give this option.

My wife and I have downloaded the app at the same time and her app is in English while mine is in Mandarin! Weve navigated through every option in the app and it seems like the developers forgot to leave the language option available for the users! Unfortunately it is a good app that I cant use because I dont speak mandarin yet!
